Virtual Opportunity

Women In Orthopaedics (WORTH) workshop on Saturday, November 16th, from 9 am to 12 pm Pacific. This workshop is open to all young women in high schools (grades 10-12), including women-identifying individuals and non-binary and gender non-conforming students interested in pursuing a career in healthcare and engineering, specifically in orthopaedics. We aim to provide more insight and clarity on careers particularly in the areas of orthopaedics and engineering.

We have developed a half-day curriculum focused on giving information on different career paths related to Orthopaedics specifically, and science and medicine generally. We hope this will be an exciting and informative event for the students as they think about course selection and potential career pathways.

We encourage students to sign up early as capacity is limited.
