Principal's Message
Good evening, Bruin families-
Happy Thanksgiving to all our Bruin Families,
I look forward to seeing everyone for this short week ahead. We have two full school days tomorrow and Tuesday.
I am so grateful for the many students, staff members and parents that work so hard to make "The Creek" such a wonderful place to be! I encourage you all to make time to reflect and share one good thing that has happened recently. May your time off be enjoyable and full of gratitude. Check out the videos below
Students, these next few days are a wonderful time to get caught up on assignments and prepare for finals that are coming up.
Sincerely-
Principal
Julie Hummel

Staff Member's Of The Week
The Staff Members of the Week are Mr. Paul Tillery and Mrs. Maria Perez
Mr. Paul Tillery has been a great asset to Bear Creek High School. He is very good at creating community with the students and staff alike. He believes in empowering students to use their voice. One fact that you might not know about Mr. Tillery is that he drives a super bad muscle car. Bear Creek is lucky to have him as a part of our community.
Mrs. Maria Perez tireless efforts and her non-stop dedication to the students is admirable. She is relentless in her efforts to improve the academic performance of all students. Her work ethic is second to none. She is a joy to work with and a wonderful asset to the Bruin Community.
Bruins, when you see Mr. Paul Tillery and Mrs. Maria Perez on campus please congratulate them on being Staff Member of the Week and thank them for all that they do for the BC Community.

Attention Seniors:
Financial Aid Resources
The FAFSA and CADAA are scheduled to open on December 1, 2024 for the 2025-26 academic year. The delay from the customary October 1 opening day is to allow the US Department of Education time to perform beta testing and eliminate issues.
November is a great time to encourage your FAFSA families to create their FSA IDs, allowing time to fix any issues if they should arise. (And, yes, there have been some issues with FSA IDs in the month of October).
