Terra Nova Next
The Terra Nova testing that we usually participate in during the month of March has been revamped. The new version is called Terra Nova Next and we were offered the opportunity to take part in a pilot program to familiarize the students with the test. We will participate in the pilot Monday November 14th through Wednesday November 16th. Due to the new format, the only grades being tested will be 2nd through 7th. Students will not be given scores for the pilot. We are doing the pilot as a way to prepare for testing in March. Students do not need to do anything special to prepare except for getting a good night's sleep and eating a healthy breakfast. Thank you for your support!

Many thanks to event chairs Lisa DiBello, Lis Katona, and Alison Morris for a fantastic night out for the SKS community! Everything was beautiful, the weather was perfect, and the music spectacular. It was a great night to celebrate fellowship and friendship. Thank you to all who helped make the night a success!
November is off to a great start!
During this season of gratitude, I am so thankful for the supportive families in our SKS community. I am also grateful for the students' enthusiasm for learning each day and the acts of kindness they share with each other and our faculty. Let's keep the positive momentum going and make it a great week!
