Rays Update

Rays,

It has been a full week at Reagan. I wanted to send my sincerest appreciation for how our staff, students and community handled the Secure this week. Our staff and students handled our Secure wonderfully. I have included a visual below to help our community better understand each Emergency Response that may be called on our campus. We do practice drills for each of these responses every year. As a reminder when a secure is called the potential threat is outside of the building. This is why there is no entering or exit of the building and all exterior doors are locked.

Monday, October 28 is the last day to submit a pumpkin for our library pumpkin patch. Pumpkins can be real or fake. Decorate pumpkins with paint, fabric, glue, etc. Do not cut or carve into the pumpkin. Please make a plan to pick up your pumpkin before the end of school on November 1.

We cordially invite all parents and family members to join our annual Thanksgiving Feast! Our stellar cafeteria staff will be serving a full spread of all the classics - including turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes, rolls, green beans, cranberry sauce, and pumpkin bars!

This year the Thanksgiving Lunch will be on November 14 (modified lunch schedule below). All non-student lunches will be $5 each (exact cash or check only). Parents willing to volunteer to help in the cafeteria for longer than one hour will get their meal free!
