Sept. 9- Volleyball @ Brady 5:00 p.m.

Sept. 10- Math MAP

Sept. 11- Language Usage MAP

Sept. 12- Science MAP, Pep Rally, Football vs. Johnson City 5:00 p.m.

Sept. 13 - Reading MAP

Last night both 7th grade teams won thier matches against Florence. Both 8th grade matches were competive but the panthers fell short. They will go on the road for the first time next week to take on the Brady Bulldogs.

The boys and girls Cross Country teams had thier first run on Wednesday in Harper. The runners have been working hard towards thier goal of medaling in a meet. They will travel to Comfort on Sept. 25

We have scheduled MAP Testing on the following dates. It is important for your student to be present and on time on those days. All testing will start at 9:00 a.m. Please make sure that your student's chromebook is charged all next week.

In an effort to recognize contributions and accomplishments of BMS students and staff, we will be giving shout outs to individuals or groups who have made and impact, represented BMS well, done a good deed, gone above and beyond expectations, extended a helping hand, received an award, or just did something cool. These are the BMS Shout Outs for the week:

Shout Out to Ryan Ortiz for getting someone else's drink can left on a cafeteria table and pushing in extra chairs after lunch

All the students who clean up their trash and push thier chair in during lunch and before school.

Mr. Kinney, Mrs. Quintero, and Mrs. Raley for providing lunch during MAP Test Training for staff.

7th grade A and B team volleyball for beating Florence

Mrs. Zuercher for staying after hours to run the ticket booth for the volleyball game.
