Parent Teacher Interviews are scheduled for March 19 & 20 from 4:30-7:30 pm. We will continue with our new structure for our Parent-Teacher Conferences to ensure that teachers can meet with the parents they need to connect with regarding their child's progress. With teachers responsible for up to 180 students, this new format allows us to focus on meaningful discussions. Each interview will be scheduled for 15 minutes in person or over the phone, depending on your preference.
● Wednesday evening and the first part of Thursday evening will be dedicated to scheduled appointments for parents the teacher feels they need to meet with. The teacher will send the booking link and code to those families.
● For parents who want to touch base or meet their child's teacher, we offer a drop-in session during the last 1.5 hours on Thursday (6:00–7:30 PM). Please note that if a teacher does not request an appointment, it is a sign that your child is doing well. We understand that some parents may feel hesitant not to book a meeting, but we encourage you to trust that the teacher will reach out if there are concerns. This new structure ensures that parents of students who require more detailed discussions will have the time they need. We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to make this process as meaningful and effective as possible.
● We will send the link out with the remaining available time slots on Wednesday March 12 to all families who wish to meet with their child's teacher.

We STRESS that all kids have a TRUE indoor pair of shoes to help us preserve the waxed floor. If kids do not have a true indoor pair, they will have to do PE in socks!
Student Fees & Forms
Access School Fees/Forms section of the PowerSchool Parent portal (Rycor) at https://rdcrs.powerschool.com/public/home.html
Payments via the portal can be made by Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, or MasterCard Debit. Alternatively, payment can be made at your school in the form of cash or cheque payable to The Red Deer Catholic Separate School Division. Athletic forms have to be completed online through Rycor.
Family All Access Rec Pass
Students can sign out the family rec pass in the library. Valid for Thursday to Monday every week.
Good for all Recreation Centres and Arenas: Collicutt, G.H. Dawe, Recreation Centre and Michener Aquatics. You can enjoy using it for skating, swimming, fieldhouse or fitness & wellness.

- Please consider pre-ordering your child's lunch. When lunches are pre-ordered, your student's lunch will be ready for them at their lunch break.
