Please stop by the school office ASAP to register your kindergarten or first grade student for the 2016-2017 school year. Current kindergarten students at Oakview do not need to re-register for first grade. Please contact the school office if you have questions. Math, Science, and Technology Night
Oakview’s Family Science, Math, and Technology Night is next Thursday, February 11 from 5:00 - 7:00pm! It’s not too late to add it to your calendar! This is a drop-in event, so come when you can and enjoy the activities at your leisure. Participate in three fantastic activities on your child's hallway! Then visit the art and music rooms for another activity, the gym to view science fair projects, outside to look through a telescope, and the cafeteria to see local businesses and even complete two more activities! That's not to mention the ticketed virtual field trips and Star Lab events! Hope to see you there!
Spring Book Fair Coming to Oakview!
We invite you to visit our book fair and experience a celebration of reading that provides families an opportunity to promote a love of reading. We will be open on a special family night this year! The book fair will be open to all students and families during the 2nd and 3rd grade game night on Friday, February 26. Please stop by to pick up some of your child’s favorite books, even if your child is not attending the game night.
