WEEKLY PREVIEW
October 19, 2024
Hello, Longwood Families!
Though this was a short four-day week, it was still full of learning and fun for our lions! We love to see our students so engaged and excited to learn.
As the fall season is in full swing, we want to share some reminders for keeping your learners healthy during these cooler months:
- π Wash hands frequently to reduce the spread of germs.
- π§₯Dress in layers to stay comfortable with changing temperatures. Give us a call if we can provide your student(s) a coat, hat, gloves, or boots (630-428-6789)
- π Get plenty of rest to keep your immune system strong.
π Halloween & Fall Fest:
A reminder that October 31st is a typical learning day at Longwood βno costumes at school, please! However, we are excited to celebrate together at the PTAβs Fall Fest next week on October 25th from 6:30-8:00 PM! There will be treats, games, food, and costumes are welcome at this event!- We are in urgent need of volunteers to help run games during the Fall Fest. Please sign up at the link below. PTA will provide game supplies and will show you what to do, or you can bring your own game to run! We look forward to a fun evening with our school community!
