Hello Ball’s Bluff Families!

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed the official start of fall yesterday! I want to give a big thank you to everyone who joined us for our first PTA meeting of the school year. It was great to see so many of you! We shared a lot of important information, so if you have any questions or need clarification, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the board.

ASPs begin this week! All clubs run either Tuesday or Thursday, from 3-4 PM. An email was sent to those registered on September 18th at 9:47 AM. This email provided important information regarding reporting absences, dismissal procedures and locations, as well as student conduct.

If you did not receive an email, please check your spam and contact Marsha Kelly at asp@ballsbluffpta.com. If you have not done so, please add asp@ballsbluffpta.com to your contact list to ensure you receive important emails.

We are officially 1 month into the school year! Did you know our PTA has events scheduled for each month? To make these events happen, we need extra hands! We understand many parents are unable to chair an event, but can help with tasks, such as decorating a bulletin board or passing out food at an event. Click HERE to view our SignUP and volunteer! Gain the benefit of creating a great school for your child!

Thank you to everyone who has volunteered to support our community and involve our children in service learning! Our LHR SignUp is now at full capacity through November 22nd. Did you know that the LHR committee also maintains a backup list for those who are willing to step in when unexpected events occur? If you're unable to commit to future dates but would like to be added to our emergency support list, please reach out to Emily House at LoudounHungerReliefBBES@gmail.com.
