IMPORTANT UPDATES
POSTPONED FALL CONFERENCE INFO

Here are the main things to know about our rescheduled conference:
- The new dates will be Wednesday, February 12 through Friday, February 14, 2025. We will begin at 1:00 p.m. on February 12 and conclude by 12:30 p.m. on February 14.
- We will continue to have room blocks at the Embassy Suites and DoubleTree hotels at the same discounted rates. The new booking links are now available. Please use the button below to access the links and make your February room reservations. *YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE NEW HOTEL RESERVATIONS FOR THE FEBRUARY DATES.*
- If you have already registered for the Fall Conference, you will not need to sign up again. We will fully honor your current registration. Previous registrants who cannot attend in February may complete a cancelation form to receive a refund.
- If you have not already signed up for the conference, IT IS NOT TOO LATE TO REGISTER!! You may use the button below to access the registration link.
- We plan to keep all of the sessions, topics, and activities in place for the rescheduled conference. Only the dates will change.
- You also will find all of the updated information on our website.
We thank you for your patience and understanding as we have worked to make all of these new arrangements. The button below will give you access to everything you need for the rescheduled conference.
The decision to postpone our fall conference until February of 2025 will allow us to support Asheville when it is more able to accommodate us and will give responders and repair crews access to the area in November without the disruption that our conference might cause.
ADDITIONAL STORM RESPONSE RESOURCES
We are continuing to support our colleagues and friends in western North Carolina. As part of our outreach, we will make sure that the rescheduled fall conference in February includes a way for us to give back to areas impacted by Helene. In the meantime, we have collected additional storm response resources, which we are sharing below.
