The 2025 Black History Month Expo at Dekaney High School was a masterpiece! 🎭🔥 Step teams brought the stomp, choirs hit every note, and student exhibits had everyone saying, “Wow, they did THAT?”✨ Superintendent Dr. Lupita Hinojosa kept the inspiration flowing, and contest winners flexed their skills like true champs. The energy? Off the charts. The pride? Through the roof. Three cheers for all these amazingly talented students! 🙌🏾
The Westfield Mustangs put on a show this season, and the district crowns now belong to them! 🏀 The boys balled out with a 12-2 record, while the girls went beast mode at 13-1, proving they run this court! Huge congratulations to these powerhouse teams for their hard work, dedication, and championship mindset. Way to go 'Stang gang! 🐴

These Gifted and Talented Showcase finalists are out here flexing their brainpower, rocking medals, and proving that thinking outside the box is their specialty. 🏅 Next up? Twin Creeks Middle School students put their STEM skills to the test at an electrifying STEM Festival—and no, we’re not just talking about static electricity! 🔬 Hosted by STEM Global Action and sponsored by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, this event had brains buzzing with hands-on experiments, mind-blowing innovations, and maybe even a few future mad scientists (the good kind, of course). 🤓
