GROWTH MINDSET is POWERFUL
The world became an even more complicated place with the pandemic. We sometimes struggle with staying positive as adults. However, mindset is everything. Children can be taught how to have the best mindset for their own personal growth so that they can see mistakes as an opportunity to learn. What we say to them matters. It effects how they behave, problem solve, and react to future disappointments. Using Carol Dweck's book, Mindset: The New Psychology of Success, we can help you become more aware of growth mindset vs. fixed mindset and the impact these mindsets can have on us.
