Superintendent Message
As we step into the beautiful month of May, I’m reminded of the strength, dedication, and heart that define our Lincoln Consolidated Schools community. The days are growing longer and brighter—and so too is our collective spirit.
This week marks Teacher Appreciation Week, and I want to express our deepest gratitude to the remarkable educators who serve our students with such passion and purpose. Our teachers—and all of our staff—are the heartbeat of this district. Their commitment and care shape the future, one student at a time.
This week, we also celebrate National Nurses Week, and I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to our incredible school nurses, Christina Sperle and Julie Liskiewicz, as well as to nurses everywhere. Your compassion and steady presence are vital to the well-being of our students and staff. Thank you for being a source of strength, support, and healing.
To our seniors—your final chapter at Lincoln is unfolding. As you prepare to graduate, take time to reflect on your journey, celebrate your growth, and know that we are incredibly proud of you.
At LCS, we remain deeply committed to preparing every student for success through our Portrait of a Graduate. If we continue to support one another with kindness, compassion, and love—and create a true sense of belonging for every child—we will help them realize that vision and reach their full potential.
In a world that can often feel divided, let’s continue to come together for our kids. By walking in unity and purpose, we make our schools and our community stronger.
Let’s move through these final weeks of the school year with energy, optimism, and shared commitment. Together, we will uplift one another and ensure a joyful, meaningful finish to the year.
Warm regards,
Bob

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.
Mental health matters—this month and every month. The reality is that many people around us are struggling, and they deserve care, understanding, and support. Mental health challenges don’t define a person; they are simply part of the human experience. By having open, compassionate conversations, we can break the stigma and create a culture of support.
Let’s stand together to ensure no one has to struggle alone. If you or someone you know needs help, Care Solace is here for you.
