We are thrilled to share that - thanks to your incredible generosity during the Fun Run fundraiser - all the flexible seating furniture for our Learning Media Center (LMC) has arrived!
The new seating has transformed the LMC into a more engaging and adaptable space, offering students opportunities to collaborate, explore, and enjoy their learning in new ways. From cozy reading nooks to dynamic group workstations, the feedback from students has been overwhelmingly positive. They absolutely love the new furniture!
This transformation wouldn’t have been possible without your support. Thank you for investing in our school and helping us create an environment where students can thrive.
Below, you’ll find pictures of students enjoying the new seating. We hope these snapshots bring a smile to your face as they do to ours.
Thank you for supporting Super Saturday!
A huge thank you to the PTC and all of the volunteers who made Super Saturday such an incredible success! Our student vendors truly shined, showcasing their creativity and entrepreneurial spirit. It was wonderful to see so many students having fun and learning valuable skills along the way.
We are also thrilled to share that more than 70 pairs of pajamas were collected and donated to ECFA, a non-profit organization in Wheaton. The organizer was deeply touched by Park View’s generosity, even moved to tears, expressing immense gratitude for your support.
Thank you, Park View community, for coming together to make a difference!
Share a 'thank you' with Park View teachers
The holiday season is upon us, and we want to express our sincere gratitude to the incredible teachers and staff at Park View for their hard work and dedication to our students throughout the year. To show our continued appreciation, we have again organized a holiday gift drive through GiftCrowd, a convenient and secure platform that allows Park View families to pool contributions and create meaningful gifts.
PTC Parent Trivia Night
Attention all Park View parents! We had so much fun last year, we are bringing it back again this year! Join us for a memorable night out with trivia, food, drinks, games, raffles, prizes and more. Whether you are a trivia pro or newcomer, this event is for everyone. Registration is now open.
Information about lice
We have recently received multiple questions from families about lice at Park View. While there have been a few individual cases over the last several weeks, these instances were spread out in time and grade level. None met the county’s criteria for notification of an outbreak. More information about lice is available from the Illinois Department of Public Health. If you have further questions, please contact our school nurse.
