Policy 6123 - Holocaust Education
The Board approved Policy 6123 - Holocaust Education, as presented.
Policies - First Read
The Board reviewed Policy 4505 - Instructional Staff Salary Schedules for a first reading. The first read for Policy 3440 - Travel and Reimbursement was tabled for a future meeting.
Board of Education Election Resolution
As of April 15, 2025, the Wentzville R-IV School District Board of Education will have two positions available with three-year terms. The District will need to establish an election on April 8, 2025, as specified by statute. The Board approved the Board of Directors Election Resolution, as presented.

Gysbers Comprehensive Counseling Award
The School Counseling Section of DESE announced Lakeview Elementary School (LVE) as one of the recipients of the Gysbers Comprehensive School Counseling Award. Congratulations to LVE counselors Stephanie Davenport and Alissa Erbs! Read more.
MOShape PE Teachers of the Year
Danny Zammit from North Point Middle has been chosen as the Missouri PE MOSHAPE Middle School Teacher of the Year, and Jessica Anderson from Wabash Elementary has been selected as the St. Louis District Elementary PE MOSHAPE Teacher of the Year. Read more.
Emerson Excellence in Teaching Award
WSD’s Lauren Coldiron and Sandy Pizzo received the 2024 Emerson Excellence in Teaching Awards, joining an elite group of teachers from across the St. Louis region with this honor. Read more.
Retirements
This fall, the Board approved the retirements of Kevin Kuehl, assistant principal at Frontier Middle School, and Kathy DeLaquil, community relations coordinator, effective at the end of June 2025.
