Weekly Bulldog Bits
for the week of September 23rd
A new way to get information weekly about Hirsch and our Bulldogs!
Reminder Parents/Guardians!
Attention parents/guardians!!! Students need to wait to get out of cars at the loading area or wait until a staff member gets them out of the car at drop off. The loading/unloading area is clearly marked with signs and we need to work together to get everyone to school safely. Please remember the Valet Loop is only for students in grades 1-5; TK/Kindergarten must be walked to the gate/Adults are unable to use the Loop to enter/exit cars.
Also, parents/guardians are not allowed past the school gate. If your child needs a forgotten item please bring it to the front office. All volunteers must check in first before coming onto campus. Thank you for your cooperation in helping to maintain a safe campus.
Fall Family Picnic Day!
Have a fun lunchtime with your student(s) on Family Picnic Day! Bring a blanket/chairs and lunch to sit on our front grass and enjoy a meal. Students can still get their school lunch and join you after they get their meal from the MUR. Sign in at the table or use the QR code before entering the school. All families must remain on the front grass during the picnic. Pop-up tents/shades are welcome. We may have limited seating available.
Families can enter 10 minutes before your student’s lunch time. There will be a sign-in table and
QR code at the gate.
For planning purposes, please fill out and return the bottom portion of the flyer so that your student knows to meet you on the front grass. The paper flyer will be coming home this week. Thank you.
Rock Your School Day is Friday, September 27th!
It’s a nationwide initiative to bring student engagement to classrooms all over the world! Students can enjoy this day of learning dressed like the rock stars we know they are!
If you’d like to add to the excitement, have your child dress in their best rocker attire!
Looking forward to celebrating our Bulldog Rockstars!
