Dear Families,
No School Monday:
Peak Prep Pleasant Valley will be closed on Monday, May 31st, in honor of Memorial Day. Memorial Day is a time to remember those who have given their lives in the service of our country and the fight for freedom. As you enjoy time with loved ones, please take a moment to honor those that have served our country.
While Peak is closed on Monday, students are more than welcome to continue their curriculum, but please note that our staff will be unavailable. If your student is currently behind pace and/or missing work, we encourage them to use this opportunity to catch up. There are less than 8 days of school remaining!
We are committed to your student's academic success and devoted to ensuring that each student has the support they need to succeed. If you have questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to me! I am here to support you.
Regards,
Mrs. Sabrina Ciolino

Is your student behind in their courses?
TK-5th Graders:
6th-12th Graders
In order to earn a credit a student must pass their course with a 60%, so please pay attention to the relative grade. The relative grade is the grade that a student would receive if s/he stopped working and received 0% for all unscored, counted activities.
Please stress with your student(s) the importance of completing their assignments and maintaining a minimum 2.0 GPA with no Fs as a key to ensuring they do not fall behind their peers academically. Any student behind in their courses should be meeting with their teachers during Intervention hours to get extra help. As a reminder, you can also schedule 1-1 time with your teachers to get extra support when needed.
