SPS Online Enrollment Verification Opens April 29th
Families,
The end of the current school year is quickly approaching and it is time to begin preparations for next year! We would like to confirm your enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year and verify the information we have on file for your household. Completing the Annual Student Review helps us plan the resources and staffing needed for a successful next year, as well as ensuring families will receive important notifications about the next school year.
What is the Annual Student Review?
Updated proof of address documents are required each year. These can be uploaded with a cell phone picture when you use the ParentVue app. (Links to download below).
Verify contact information. This will ensure that you receive important notifications from the school and the District, including inclement weather.
Update custodial information, if needed.
Update health information, if needed.
Go to the ParentVue website at www.sv.sps.sis.k12.or.us, choose “I’m a Parent” and login to your account to get started, or download the app.

Student Water Bottles
Parents & Guardians - We kindly ask that you remind your student in the mornings to please bring their own water bottles to school. We cannot supply water bottles at the school, but we do have refill stations. Thank you for helping us with this effort!
📵 Cell Phone Use Reminder 📵
Hi Parents. As you may already know, Briggs Middle School operates on a strict "no cell phone" policy during the hours of the school day (8:15-3:05). Teachers have recently noted that cell phones are becoming a problem again for many students and oftentimes, students are reporting that it is their parents contacting them via text or call during their classes. We kindly ask that you help us set a good example and uphold our "no cell phone" policy during school hours by contacting the main office if you need your student to call you or you need to get a message to them. We are here and happy to serve you and your children! We hope to create a distraction-free learning environment whenever possible. Thank you for your consideration!
Student ID Cards for Purchase
Student Body ID Cards have arrived! They are $7 and your student can purchase them in the office during their lunch or after school with cash or check (checks to be made out to Briggs Middle School). They can also be purchased online with credit or debit card here (or scan the QR code to the right with your phone camera). If you do not have a My School Bucks account there is an option to "checkout as a guest". Our office manager will get an email once a purchase is made and will give your student their ID card!
