Dear Seniors,

Important: OPTIONAL Cap & Gown and graduation order “DRIVE- THRU” pick-up day information from Jostens:


New Albany High School is hosting an optional drive-thru pick-up for senior families to pick up their graduation cap, gown and other materials, such as announcements, they have ordered from Jostens for Graduation. Participation is voluntary and social distancing protocols will be enforced in this drive-thru only event. The school campus remains closed to all groups and gatherings in compliance with Ohio’s Stay at Home order. Please remember to make your final payment prior to pick-up. Balances can be paid online at www.jostens.com or by calling 1-800-Jostens. If you owe a balance, an invoice has been emailed to you from Jostens. Please check with your parents to verify that your payment has been paid in full. If you have questions please call 1-800-Jostens.

Date: Tuesday, April 28, 2020

Time: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

New Location: Intermediate School parking lot via New Albany-Reynoldsburg Road and Kardules Way.

Once on Kardules Way, follow the road towards the Intermediate School. Staff will be on hand to direct you to the pick-up zone. Once your materials are loaded, you will be released to exit out on Kardules Way.

Drive-Thru Pick-Up Times

A - F 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm

G - L 6:30 pm - 7:00 pm

M - R 7:00 pm - 7:30 pm

S - Z 7:30 pm - 8:00 pm


Expectations for all Students and Families:

  • Remain in your vehicle at all times.

  • Do not roll down your windows to speak to staff/representatives or other vehicles.

  • Follow the requested traffic flow.

  • Provide your first and last name on a piece of paper for staff to view through the front window of your vehicle. Please make sure it is big enough to be read from 6ft away.

  • Open your trunk from inside the vehicle or roll down a back window.

  • A representative will place your Jostens' order in the trunk or backseat.

  • Please exit the parking lot immediately following pick-up.

  • Do not congregate in parking lots or anywhere on campus.

  • You will not be permitted to pick up items for a friend or neighbor. No carpooling.

  • If you are unable to attend pick-up, alternate arrangements will be made at a later date.

  • Remember that our campus is closed. Only those people who are picking up their Jostens order are allowed to be on campus during this time.
