Please join the CVUSD's BreakThrough Student Assistance Program and The Conejo Schools Foundation for a workshop entitled Building Bridges: Promoting Understanding and Respect between the Family presented by Dr. James Jenkins, CVUSD Assistant Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, on March 18th from 6:00 to 7:30 PM at the University Center, 2801 Atlas Avenue, Thousand Oaks 91360. This discussion emphasizes the importance of understanding and respect to foster healthy relationships between parents and their children. It explores how mutual understanding enhances communication, allowing families to navigate challenges and strengthen their bonds. This workshop will provide parents with actionable strategies to improve their relationships with their children, ultimately promoting a nurturing environment that values understanding and respect. Student Council Fundraiser @ Chuck E Cheese: March 17
Looking for something to do with your kids on their day off Monday, March 17? Student Council has arranged a fundraising event at Chuck E. Cheese. When you enjoy pizza and fun on this day at Chuck E. Cheese, 20% of your proceeds will be donated back to Weathersfield Student Council.
Spring Book Fair: March 24 - 28
Mark your calendar for the Spring Book Fair March 24 - 28. The book fair will be held in our newly remodeled library! Events will include the Shop & Drop Family Lunch and (very exciting) a special Meet & Greet with BIG NATE children's book series author Lincoln Peirce. More details to come!
Spring Picture Day: April 2, 2025
Spring Picture Day will take place the morning of April 2, 2025. Individual photos and 5th Grade Culmination photos will be taken. Additional details will be provided as the event nears.
