Did you enjoy living in either the First-Year or Upper-Class LLC this year? Having a bit of FOMO since you may not have lived in either of the LLCs this year?
You should apply to live in the Honors Returner LLC!
APPLICATIONS ARE DUE TODAY!
The Returner LLC is open to all Upper-Class students from Sophomore-Seniors!
The Honors Returner LLC is located on the 4th Floor of the 1300 Residence Hall. Residents in the LLC have access to multiple lounges & study spaces on the Fourth Floor as well as the 3rd Floor Honors Classroom, and In-Hall Honors Advising!
Beyond connecting with other Honors students, there are also numerous amounts of benefits about living on campus:

- Reducing Commute Times
The Honors Returner LLC is typically a 4 person apartment (2 people per room) that includes a kitchen, two full bathrooms, living room with furniture (Couch, coffee table, lounge chair), and the bedrooms include a bed & dresser or wardrobe. Doubles and singles may be available, but tend to fill up quickly as it is on a first come first serve basis. To learn more about 1300 and to view Floor Plans, please visit the 1300 website.
Application Process & Important Dates
Application Process
The application for Returner Housing is currently open and will remain open until Monday January 27th, so don't delay!
Housing is on a first come first serve basis. Honors students are guaranteed Housing in the LLC as long as students adhere to all deadlines set by Housing.
You can apply by going to your MyHousing:
Submit Your Housing Deposit: If you think you may need a Housing Deposit Waiver, email housing@temple.edu.
Complete the Housing Application & Choose Honors LLC: Go to MyHousing to start the general application process. Once your general application is complete and you go through the Student Profile section you will need to go back to the application and under the 'Quick Links' section you will then see an icon to the right of your screen to submit a request for the Honors LLC.
Application Review: After you request the Honors LLC a member of the Honors Staff will review your application within 2-3 business days. Once approved students will receive an email with next steps.

January 27th: Returner Housing Application Closes at 11:59pm
January 30th: Honors Returner LLC Room Selection Opens at 10am
- Housing Representatives will be in the Honors Huddle from 10am-1pm on this day to help students with the selection process.
February 2nd: Honors Returner LLC Room Selection Closes at 11:59pm
FAQs
I haven't lived in the Honors LLC before, can I still apply for it?
Absolutely, any Honors student can apply to live in the LLC at any point in their collegiate career!
I have a friend I want to room with, but is not in Honors, can they also live in the LLC?
No, only Honors students can live in the LLC.
I am interested in Gender Inclusive Housing & the Honors LLC, is that possible?
Yes! There are limited spaces available in each LLC who would like to live both in the Honors
