Rural Schools Emotional Well-Being Cohort
We have just completed our first year of providing training for a group of 20 educators about emotional health and wellness. Funded by the Blue Cross Blue Shield Foundation of Arizona, these professionals spent four Saturdays learning from guest speakers and experts about topics like:
stress, wellness, anxiety, self-regulation, community resources, mental health, resilience, and more!
We hope to run a second cohort beginning in August 2025 and will advertise when funds become available. It has been a great experience to learn and grow together as a group.
