I am thrilled to share that Oakland-Craig Public Schools has received a 2023-2024 AQuESTT Classification of EXCELLENT. Each year the Nebraska Department of Education scores districts based on the below AQuESTT tenets:
- Positive Partnerships, Relationships, and Success
- Transitions
- Educational Opportunities and Access
- College, Career, and Civic Ready
- Assessment
- Educator Effectiveness
Each district receives a classification of Excellent, Great, Good, or Needs Support after analyzing data in the following areas:
- Reducing chronic absenteeism
- Progress towards English Language proficiency
- Graduation Rate
- Student Discipline
- Student Achievement and Growth
Our data at Oakland-Craig Public Schools has earned us a classification of EXCELLENT!
In addition to being scored as a district, we are also scored at the building level. These classifications are included below. I am incredibly proud of all of our students and staff for their hard work and dedication to the education of our youth. We thank the parents and community for their continued support.

The doors will not be open as there is no supervision for kids until 7:45 a.m. With it getting colder, it will be even more important that kids do not arrive before 7:45 a.m. We ask that you adhere to this so that issues don't arise during unsupervised times.
