Kindergarten - 8th Grade Stem Camp
This fun, hands-on STEM experience will provide students with activities from two different modules from either Camp Invention or Invention Project depending upon students' grade. Just as before, our STEM Camp will be taught by Indian Prairie certified teachers.
We anticipate that each camp will sell out, so register early to ensure your student has a spot to participate in STEM Camp 2025!
Questions? If you have any questions about this program or experience, please contact the STEM Camp program coordinator, Elizabeth Kaleta, at elizabeth_kaleta@ipsd.org.

2025-2026 Online Registration
Online registration for the 2025-26 school year is now available. Please visit the district's Registration Information Webpage for documents required to complete registration and additional details.
2025-2026 Vacation Planning
Student attendance is essential to academic success. To support your planning, we have created the following vacation guide to help maximize your child's time in school, ensuring they have the best opportunity for academic growth. We highly encourage scheduling vacations and appointments outside of school hours whenever possible.
Take a look at the 2025–2026 school calendar.
Together, we can keep building great habits and set our students up for success—every day counts!
Thank you for your partnership in prioritizing student learning.
Residency Verification
The district is again contracting with a third-party vendor to automatically verify student address information. As was the case last year, we anticipate the overwhelming majority of our families will be electronically verified.
If your residency is electronically verified, you will receive a letter of confirmation. If you register prior to the first day of school, there will be no need to submit any additional paperwork to certify that you live within the district’s boundaries. If you register after the first day of school, you will need to provide additional information during online registration.
A letter will also be sent to families whose residency we are unable to verify electronically. The letter will provide details on additional information you will need to provide during online registration in order to register your child for the upcoming school year.
Verifying residency is an effort to protect taxpayers and district resources by identifying non-residents attending District 204 schools. Illinois law mandates that parents demonstrate residency prior to enrollment in school and allows for periodic verification to validate compliance with the law.
Please contact your school principal with any questions or concerns.
Everyday Need to Know
ITEM DROP OFF:
We understand that on occasion, students may forget an item needed during their school day. There will be a drop off cart outside of Door 1 where parents/guardians may leave an item for their student. When time allows, these items will be brought inside to a designated Student Pick Up Table located inside at door 1. Students will have the opportunity during passing periods to come down and check for their items.
Please understand that classes cannot be interrupted to notify or deliver dropped off items.
Please note that students must eat lunches purchased from restaurants in the office as they are not allowed to eat it in the school cafeteria.
*School is not responsible for items left in the drop off areas.

Need to pick up your student for a mid-day appointment or leave a little early? To help you and your student get on your way, quick and easy, please follow the procedure below!
