Attention 5th grade parents! You will be able to purchase a vinyl print decal that will be placed on the hard top/sidewalk by the playground! This is a great way to celebrate 5th grade students' last year at Moore and all the students and staff will see it as they walk across the sidewalk. ALL proceeds from the sale of the prints will go towards the 5th grade party! Please help us support celebrating the 5th graders by purchasing a print!

Please note: Once the vinyl is purchased, you will need to fill out the form that is on the emailed receipt. This will give us the student's name and their icon choices. If you don't go in and fill out the form, we won't know what name they want on it.

Student birthdays on the marquee can be purchased via SchoolCash. We can schedule birthdays that occur over breaks and over the summer when purchased in advance. This is a fun way to recognize your child's birthday! The graphic will be on the marquee as part of the rotating graphics. It will post the day of their birthday and remain in rotation for 48 hours. The cost is $20.00 and all funds support PBIS. This will be ongoing all year! If you choose, you can take a picture of your student next to the marquee!

As the fall and winter months approach, we will naturally see an uptick in illness. To maintain a healthy learning environment for all, sick students should remain home from school until they feel better. Please see more information here: When to Keep Sick Children At Home.

The school clinic provides first aid for injuries and evaluation of sudden illness during the school day, as well as managing chronic and short-term health conditions. Doctor-ordered activity restrictions and accommodations should be in writing from the Doctor and will be handled by the School Nurse. Parent requests for activity restriction (to sit out from PE) regarding participation will be handled directly by PE coaches. Contact the School Nurse with any medical updates that may affect your child’s school day.

ALL medications require a written doctor’s order to be administered during the school day. Medications must be delivered to the school clinic by a parent or guardian and MAY NOT be transported by students. Over-the-counter medications must be in their original, sealed container and unopened. Prescription medications must be in their original container with an unexpired prescription label matching the medication in the package. A doctor-signed emergency action plan must accompany emergency medications such as inhalers, EpiPens, and Diastat. Please see more information regarding medication here: CFISD Medication Policy
