Gonic Weekly Update to Families

Phew, it has been a long week! Sometimes the weeks after a vacation seem more like eight or nine days as opposed to five!! A huge shout out to all of the staff but especially Mrs. Miller, Mrs. Wedgeworth, and Ms. Sullivan for providing all kinds of activities for Read Across America Week. We had a great performance from the UNH Dance and Theater Company today which seemed to be well received by the students. Next week there is no school for students on Friday the 14th as there is an educator workshop day. In the meantime, have a great weekend!

This is a 21+ event and is sure to be a good time. Mark it down on your calendars now and invite your friends!

Hopefully we are going to be past cold and flu season soon but we still have plenty of germs going around. Over vacation the custodial staff took extra care to disinfect all surfaces but with students in the building, that does not last very long. Please remember that your child must be fever/vomit free for 24 hours WITHOUT medication before returning to school.
