Reminders for Student Check-Outs
Student Non-Drivers
If you are checking out your student who is a non-driver, you must come to Sequoyah main campus and show your ID. The person checking out the student must be on the student's contact list. The student will then be called out of class at that time. Emails for non-driving students requesting they be allowed to check out are NOT permitted. The latest time students are allowed to be picked up before dismissal is 2:45pm.
Student Drivers
All student drivers are required to have a paid parking permit in order to drive and park on campus. We must have an email giving permission for that student to leave. Please email shs.attendance@cherokeek12.net and send the email as early in the day as possible.
Diversity Club
Diversity Club will meet in the Media Center Friday 2/7 at 7:45 to continue work on the Black History Month bulletin board. Members are also encouraged to come and work on the board during their lunch periods throughout the week. Please see Mr. Ramsey or Ms. Perez with any questions.

The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) is a multiple-aptitude battery that measures developed abilities and helps predict future academic and occupational success in the military. It is administered annually and will be given at SHS on March 28. Please use the QR code to sign up.
Parking Information: No Spots Left!
Parking Space Update – There are no longer any parking spots available. Any student turning in an application will go on a waitlist and receive a spot based on the order of the waitlist. Your cash/check will not be deposited until your student receives a spot. Seniors will be placed at the top of the waitlist, followed by juniors, then sophomores. Students must submit a parking application with all required documentation and payment prior to being placed on the waitlist. All parking questions can be emailed to Angie.Geiger@cherokeek12.net.
