Unfortunately, RCHS has limited parking on campus. Due to our limitations, we cannot allow any Freshman or Sophomores to park on campus.
JUNIORS - There are a limited number of parking spots available for Juniors, therefore we use a LOTTERY to distribute the remaining, available passes.
- We understand that everyone feels they have a valid reason for the parking pass, however it is still a lottery system. For this reason we put all Juniors in a randomizer software for equity purposes.
- On Monday, August 19, 2024, a list of eligible students will be posted outside the Finance Office window.
- These students can pick up their parking permits beginning Monday, August 19, 2024.
- Permits will be available through Friday, August 23, 2024 from 7:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
- Once a parking permit is received, a $50 parking fee will be placed on the student's MySchoolBucks account.
- In the event the parking permit is not picked up by this date and time, these Juniors will go back onto the Parking Permit Waitlist.
- Please review the parking FAQ's before calling.
There are adjacent neighborhoods where some students choose to park, but please talk to your students about being respectful to the neighborhood should they choose this. We are unable to make exceptions for parking. If your student has a medical reason and needs parking, they can park in any number of our handicap parking spots with a legal handicap placard provided by their physician.

School ID's & Activity Cards
If you have purchased the activity pass for your student in the last couple of days, those ID's will be printed at a later date.
- Lifetouch will be downloading the software that we need to print those badges.
- Students can check in with the Counseling Office after August 19th and no sooner.
