Two BCSC Team Members Represent Us At The Big Game
Congratulations to Central Middle School’s Mindy Summers, 2021 BCSC Teacher of Year, on being recognized this weekend in Indianapolis. Mrs. Summers will get to participate in the Teacher of the Year Championship Experience at this year's College Playoff weekend. She will join 18 other Teachers of The Year from around the state of Indiana and get to enjoy a four-night stay in downtown Indianapolis. The group from Indiana will join the 56 other state teachers of the year from the Teacher of the Year program as honored guests at CFP Foundation events. The teachers will also be recognized on-field at the national championship game.
In addition to Mrs. Summers being honored, BCSC School Board Member Todd Grimes will also be on the field as he gets to hold the American flag during the National Championship game! Every teacher invited to hold the flag for the game was personally recommended by members of the Host Committee leadership and staff to be representatives of the state of Indiana on a national stage.
