5Essentials Survey
2025 5Essentials Survey
The 5Essentials survey is a statewide effort by the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) to gauge school climate and learning conditions in Illinois schools. The survey is administered online by UChicago Impact and provides a unique opportunity for students, teachers and parents to have a voice in improving their schools. The District is mandated to conduct a survey of school learning conditions annually. Your participation in this effort is critical as it helps guide district and school improvement planning each year.
All Huntley 158 schools need at least 20 percent parent participation to receive their scores.
TAKE THE SURVEY HERE!
Parents/guardians with more than one child in Huntley 158 schools are encouraged to take one survey for each child.
The ISBE survey is available in English and Spanish and is estimated to take 10-15 minutes.
Your identity and survey responses will be kept completely confidential and will not be connected to you or your child.
The survey closes March 28, 2025. If you have questions, visit the ISBE website or email your building principal.
Upcoming Food & Supply Drive

Why Giving Matters At Conley, we strive to nurture not just strong minds but also compassionate hearts. Teaching our children the importance of generosity helps build socially conscientious individuals who understand the value of helping others. By participating in the food drive, our students will see firsthand how small acts of kindness can have a big impact.
