Spring Concert Flower Sale and Concession Stand
Home and School will once again be having a flower sale where you can pre-order a beautiful bouquet of flowers for your favorite performer(s). The bouquets are pre-order only and must be paid for in advance. They will be available to pick up at the concession stand in the lobby prior to the start of the concert.
There are two different options available: a small or large bouquet. Both bouquets will include baby’s breath, greens, cello wrap and a bow. The small bouquet will include a minimum of 4 stems of flowers, while the large will include a minimum of 8 stems. The cost for the small bouquet is $8 and the large is $15.
Payment will be accepted via Venmo. Please note the recipient's name in the comments when paying for the bouquet. All orders are due by Wednesday, April 30th.
We will also be offering beautiful wooden roses for sale at the concession stand that evening for $2 each.
We are happy to be able to have our concession stand for the event as well and are looking for some donations along with one volunteer who can work the stand during the Chorus portion of the concert. Please sign up using the signup genius link if you can help!

Oak Ridge Spring Concert Concession Stand
Home and School is looking for help with our Spring Concert Concession stand! We are in need of donations of food and water that can be sold at the concession stand as well as one volunteer who can run the stand during the chorus portion of the concert. Please consider helping out! If you can't volunteer or donate, please remember to bring your $$ to help support Home and School. Donated items can be dropped off in the Oak Ridge Lobby before 2:30 pm on Tues May 6th or Wed May 7th. Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up. Thank you!
Money raised from concessions will go towards supplies needed for the technology room. Funds will be used toward filament for the 3D printer, mice, headphones, and extra chargers! The flyer below will be used the evening of the concert on May 7, and you are also welcome to donate at any time - especially if you don't have a 4th or 5th grade performer. Thanks for your support!

We had a great time volunteering at Living Hope Farm (right here in Harleysville) last Saturday. Thank you to the families who gave their time to help clear fields on the day before Easter. The fields looked amazing when we left!
This concludes our volunteer events for this school year, and we look forward to more opportunities to volunteer together as an Oak Ridge community next year.

Your Home & School Dollars at Work - Monthly Treasurer's Update
As we enter our final weeks in the school year, Home & School is on track with spending against the budget with 78% spent against our planned budget year to date. During the month of April we contributed to classroom libraries, paid our insurance fees, and have been investing in Prize Bingo that will be held on May 2nd.
Prize Bingo will be a really fun night with a lot of great prizes! This adult only event will not only be a great social outing, but also an opportunity to raise funds for H&S. Our next big Fun Run is not until Spring 2027. We rely on fundraisers such as this to help us build our budget and continue providing funds to support our students and classroom. For those families who are not aware, H&S operating expenses are just over $31,000 each year. Without continuous fundraising, we are at risk of cutting back our budget for some of the programs we support.

Jump Rope Club
We are still in need of volunteers to turn the ropes during lunch recess! Please sign up for upcoming dates. Kindergarten through second grade is from 10:30 to 11:30. Third graders through fifth graders jump from 11:30 to 12:30. We need at two volunteers per hour to have it! Thank you!!!
