Hello Huntley families,

We had a successful, but hot week in which we all started Module 1 of our new English Language Arts curriculum, Wit & Wisdom! Students in all grades are reading diverse and engaging texts, analyzing different types of text, and collaborating with their peers to develop an understanding of a topic. Here are the topics being learned about in each grade level:

Kindergarten- The Five Senses

1st Grade- A World of Books

2nd Grade- A Season of Change

3rd Grade- The Sea

4th Grade- A Great Heart

5th Grade- Cultures in Conflict
