A Message From the Principal's Desk

Bloomer Middle School Families,

I hope you and yours enjoyed a relaxing holiday break. As students return to school, we are looking forward to the upcoming Rope Jump Contest and our annual Winterfest activities - more information to come on both of these events!

January 24 marks a halfway point in the school year. Students will wrap up their current elective classes and will begin two new elective courses on Monday, January 27. Your child's second semester schedule is available in Skyward.

Freshmen Planning Night

There will be a freshman planning event for all 8th grade students on Monday, January 13th, 5:30pm - 6:30pm in the Bloomer High School Commons. More information is included below.

Vacation Day

There is no school for students on Friday, January 24.

Band & Choir Dates

BMS Solo & Ensemble is in Spooner on January 20th.

There is a 5th and 6th grade band concert,

in the BMS gymnasium,on Monday January 27th at 7:00pm.

BMS GIRLS BASKETBALL

7th and 8th grade girls basketball will begin on Monday, January 6.
Interested students are also encouraged to attend open gyms, at BMS, on January 2 and 3.

All paperwork must be completed prior to this date in order for the athlete to practice.

Congratulations to our Students of the Month!

FIRST TRIMESTER CELEBRATION

Our annual staff vs student volleyball game was held on November 21 as part of our trimester one celebration. A fierce competition played out between our eighth grade student team and our staff team. Once again, the BMS staff came away victorious!
