Fontana Weekly Wolf Update

Dear Wolves Family,

Welcome back! 🐺✨ I hope your first week back was as exciting and fulfilling as mine! It was wonderful to see our campus buzzing with energy, and I’m so proud of how our students, staff, and families have embraced the spirit of Together We Can.

Last week, I had the pleasure of visiting every classroom 🏫, where I spoke with our students about the Wolves Ways expectations, spread kindness, and shared our theme for the year. It was inspiring to see the students' enthusiasm as they each thought of one word that stood out to them about what We Can Do Together this year. These moments truly reflect the strong, supportive community we’re building. 🌟

This week, I want to remind you about our Back to School Night on Wednesday 📅. It’s a great opportunity to meet our incredible teachers 👩‍🏫👨‍🏫 and learn more about the classroom curriculum, procedures, and school-wide policies. TK-6 families will meet in their classrooms, and 7th and 8th-grade families will gather with both teachers in the Den. This informative evening will help us all stay connected and aligned as we move forward together.

Let’s continue to Howl with our Friends 🐾 and support one another as we make this year truly special. I’m looking forward to seeing you on Wednesday and throughout the year as we work together to create an inspiring and supportive environment for everyone.

We are excited to welcome you to our upcoming Back to School Night on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, beginning at 5:00 PM. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to meet your child’s teachers, learn more about the curriculum, and get a glimpse into the exciting year ahead.

• To accommodate everyone's schedules, we have arranged two identical sessions for the evening: Session 1: 5:00 PM - 5:30 PM
• Session 2: 5:40 PM - 6:10 PM.

For our Middle School families, please note that the sessions will begin in the Den, and you are welcome to attend either session time.

Important Reminder: Please plan to arrive on time, as our teachers will begin their presentations promptly at 5:00 PM and 5:40 PM. Being on time ensures that you won’t miss any important information and helps us keep the evening running smoothly.

We look forward to seeing you and kicking off the new school year together!

We are excited to announce the launch of Session 1 for ELOP, which includes sports, clubs, and tutoring. Be sure to check back often, as ELOP will provide weekly updates.

Please submit this interest form by Friday, August 16, 2024. Students will be notified of their selection by Wednesday, August 21. Read the club descriptions and note the days they are held carefully.

If your child requires daily, as needed, and/or emergency medication in the health office for the 2024-2025 school year please make sure you have completed all the medication forms required.

All medication, including prescribed and over the counter must have a physician signed authorization form. Please visit the Health Office Web Page-ASA Thrive Fontana, to find all the necessary forms required for your child’s medical needs.

This is a reminder regarding Immunization requirements for the 2024-2025 school year. If you haven't done so already, please make an appointment now with your child’s doctor to ensure that they receive all school required vaccines. You can now request access to your child’s Digital Vaccine Record to provide proof of immunizations.

The health and safety of your child is very important to us here at Allegiance STEAM Academy Thrive. Please do not forget to inform the health office of any health concerns you have regarding your child.

We are pleased to inform you that all enrolled students at Allegiance STEAM Academy are eligible to receive a healthy breakfast and lunch at school at NO CHARGE for the 2024-2025 school year! No further action is required of you.
