This week, we congratulate Deann for receiving the Provo Way Award. Great teachers can make their classroom a safe space to build and long-lasting social skills—skills that will matter just as much as content-related skill acquisition. This is the last week to put in your nomination for Outstanding Educator! The Provo City School District Foundation recognizes the great work performed every day by employees of the district and strives to support them whenever possible. Each year six outstanding educators (1 principal, 1 classified/prof. tech. employee, and 4 teachers) are recognized for their contribution to the education of students.
