Summer Reading Updates
- A draft of the new form for submitting SRP statistics is available to preview here. There will be one form for collecting children's, YA, and adult program numbers. Libraries will be asked to designate one person to submit one form for all three programs. The form will be available August 4 and must be submitted by September 11.
- 11 incentive coupons to RI museums have been distributed to the SRP voucher contact at each library, as the files are too large to send through the listservs. These coupons are for all ages (with the exception of the Breakers coupon, there is no distinction between children & YA on the coupons). Please contact me if no one at your library has received these coupons.
- There is still no word from the PawSox regarding the All Star Reader finale. I will continue to work on this, but for now it is best not to include the All Star Reader finale on your SRP PR materials.
- Please use this credit line on ALL SRP signs, press releases, posters, websites and promotions. You may personalize this credit line by adding your library’s name and the names of local sponsors at the end. The statewide Rhode Island Summer Reading Program is supported by the RI Office of Library and Information Services, with funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
