Note from the Principal
Happy Spring!!
As we move into a new season, I want to take a moment to highlight something that is at the heart of all learning—reading! Developing strong reading habits at an early age not only builds academic success but also fosters creativity, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.
Our yearly celebration of the written word that we like to call "March Into Reading" helps in building that core value! Every year, we have activities throughout the month to stress the importance of becoming a strong reader. We had many guest readers visit our classrooms this year and thank you to all who participated!
I encourage you to make reading a daily habit at home—whether it’s enjoying a bedtime story, visiting the library, or letting your child see you reading for fun. If you would prefer to read in a different language, that works just as well! Small moments of reading together and discussing what you read can make a big impact!
