Principal Collaboration Hosted by Parker 📝💯
Principal Carter recently hosted a group of principals from TH Rogers, Red Elementary, Neff Early Childhood Center, Bush Elementary, The School at St. George Place, Tinsley Elementary, Fondren Elementary, Cornelius Elementary, and Lewis Elementary for a collaborative instructional walk. This marked the first in a series of campus collaborations among these principals, with Parker Elementary proudly setting the standard as the initial host campus.
The focus of the walk was centered on the Problems of Practice identified in Parker's Campus Action Plan. Participating principals provided valuable, non-evaluative feedback, highlighting both areas of success and opportunities for growth at Parker.
Among the many classrooms visited, three teachers were particularly recognized for their outstanding performance during the observation:
Ms. Attallah – Kindergarten 🎉
Ms. Saloj – 4th Grade 🏆
Ms. Quinn – 3rd Grade 💯
The visitors consistently praised the joyful atmosphere in the classrooms, noting the positive energy, strong teacher-student relationships, and welcoming campus culture. Executive Director Fisher remarked, "This level of warmth and connection, not always found at every campus, is a true testament to the leadership at Parker Elementary."
We are thankful for the collaborative insights and the opportunity to showcase the dedication of our educators at Parker.
