NO SCHOOL-Teacher Accreditation Meeting

SCHOOL RESUMES- We hope everyone enjoyed their winter break with family and friends. We hope the new year is filled with light for all!

School Mass @ 8:15 am- Wear mass uniform

If you have PE this day, make sure to bring clothes to change!

The Centenary Cross & the candles that came from the Philippines will be processed during our mass.

Release of 2nd Quarter Report Cards- Please sign and return the blue card to homeroom teacher.

Family Mass & Tuition Assistance 2nd collection-Praise Choir to sing at 5pm mass

Previously NO SCHOOL, this has been changed to a half day with a faculty & staff meeting- 2nd Quarter Awards to be given out.

NO SCHOOL- Martin Luther King Jr. Day

TALENT SHOW AUDITIONS- 3pm after school in the Church Hall

HALF DAY

January 24 is the day planned for the March for Life activity for the entire diocese of Honolulu. Our 6th, 7th and 8th grade students with the Teachers will be joining. This is our participation to the Social Justice and Teachings of the Catholic Church. You are all invited to join in this event. See you there!

Our students will march around The State Capitol-Part of a movement to end abortion!

Bus pick up- 1:15 pm Bus Drop off back at school- 5

During this week, we gather together to celebrate being a Catholic School! Each day has a different theme that we celebrate!

Invite your friends and family to join us for our Open House from 10am-2pm.

We will do sign waving to celebrate those in our community!

We will also get a visit from the Honolulu Fire Department!

ATTIRE- dress as your favorite community member (ex: nurse, doctor, fire fighter, police)

Pizza for lunch, Kona Ice Truck, TALENT SHOW!

ATTIRE: Class color day! (Homeroom teachers to give out colors)

Cultural day in the morning! ( Each class chooses and performs a country & brings food for lunch)

Chinese New Year Celebration!

Lion Dance Performance in the afternoon!

ATTIRE: Cultural Outfits

Fr. Arrion & Sr. Alma will speak about vocations & movie day!

ATTIRE: Pajamas

Faculty & staff will attend the ACCE

Please wear mass uniform. If you have PE this day, please bring uniform to change.

Time flies so fast and two weeks from now accreditation days will be at our doorsteps. February 5,6, & 7 will be our schedule for accreditation visit, please include our school in your prayers.

We will be having our Valentine's Day parties! Please see homeroom teachers for more information.

As mentioned during our General Assembly at the beginning of the school year, our major project for this year is the re-pavement of our basketball court. This plan will take place this coming February. Hence, there will be vital changes in our February schedule of classes. One company will be coming this February to do the job. Since they need to work continuously, the week of February 17 to 21 will have no school. Classes will resume February 24, Monday of the following week.
