Dear BCS Community:

Thanks to everyone who joined for our family lunch and outdoor clean up last week! I've included a few photos from that day and from the preschool visit to the fire station.

Next week we have:

• Monday June 3 - All School Farm Tour (please see more details below)
• Weds June 5 - 5th Grade Step Up Day - 5th graders visit MUMS and connect with rising 6th graders across the district
• Thurs June 6 - Bridport Fun Day!

On Monday, June 3 all students Pre-K - 5th grade will travel by bus to tour two Bridport farms. The bus will depart at 8:45 to the Sunderland Dairy Farm on Crown Point Road. Next, we head to Heritage Grazers Organic Pig Farm on Holstein Drive.

Students will eat breakfast as usual. Water and a healthy snack will be available between tours. We will return to the school for lunch and ice cream!

Students should wear clothes that can get dirty and mud boots. Every student should bring a change of clothes and shoes for when we return to school.

The Summer Food Service Program will be starting on June 17th.

Mary Hogan: Breakfast and lunch will be available at the front entrance from 11:00 - 12:30 Monday through Friday

MUMS Breakfast and lunch will be available at the front entrance from 11:00 - 12:00 Monday through Friday

Bridport: Breakfast and lunch will be available from 11:00 - 12:00 Monday through Friday

All sites are non congregate and breakfast will be provided for the next day.

We anticipate the last day of school will be Friday June 14th. Please note, these dates are our best estimate at this point. If there are any changes to the dates above, we will share with the impacted school communities as soon as we know.
