Argyle High School's One Act Play company of Nevermore has advanced to the UIL Class 5A Area Round! They will compete next Monday at Keller Central. The contest begins at 2 p.m. and AHS will perform at approximately 5 p.m.

The Argyle ISD Bond Election is May 3 and early voting begins April 22. The bond proposal is a community-driven plan that focuses on managing rapid enrollment growth, campus improvements and infrastructure.

The bond proposal includes two propositions: Proposition A & Proposition B. The details of both are provided in this video. Please take a moment to get informed and vote. The bond proposal will maintain the current tax rate.

The Argyle High School UIL Academics team continued its tradition of excellence last weekend!

The team won the District 6-5A championship with an amazing 847 points! This marked the highest point total since Argyle moved to Class 5A. What a performance as every AHS team will be advancing to the Region I competition April 25-26 at Texas Tech.

Argyle ISD's Kindergarten Registration for the 2025-2026 school year is NOW OPEN.

Please see the following steps for Kindergarten Registration:

1. Log into Family Access. Click here. (Username: first initial, last name)

2. Click the down arrow next to the house icon, then click ‘Family Access’ to see the student profile.

3. Click the tile labeled ‘25-26 NEW PK, KG 1ST-5TH GRADE’ for each student.

4. Please make sure to open and complete all forms. Once you are completed, the tile will say “Submitted.” Once it is approved, the tile will disappear from Family Access and you will receive email confirmation. If your registration is marked “Denied” please review the denial message.

Argyle ISD is excited to host a Beam Signing Ceremony for the new Argyle ISD Stadium at Argyle High School in Canyon Falls. This Bond 2022 project is coming to life and we are very grateful for the community for voting to approve the stadium and Indoor Activity Center.

Both are scheduled to open this fall! The community is invited to attend and put their name on a beam of the new stadium!

The event will be held Monday, April 14 at 11:15 a.m.

The event will be held behind the tennis courts at AHS and parking will be available in a designated area on the north side of the tennis courts.

Next time you stop by one of our campuses, grab the latest issue of the Argyle ISD Insights magazine! We have another fun issue and this one features AHS students Zoey Bouquio and Lily Doyle on the cover -- GIRL POWER!

Both were state qualifiers in Swimming (Zoey) and Wrestling (Lily) this school year in their respective sports. Pick up the issue and read a Q&A with both of these outstanding student-athletes. The magazines are available in the front offices of all the campuses and at the Argyle ISD administration building.

Now this was a funny idea! Argyle South Elementary played a fun April Fool's joke on the campus Tuesday, April 1! The students had a FLOOD SAFETY DRILL! Students were instructed to stand safely on a chair to prepare for "rising waters."

Mark your calendars for an Argyle Band Boosters Recycling Event coming on April 26. This is a great chance to clean out your electronic waste at Argyle High School from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Donate your used or unwanted items to support the band. Items may be in any condition.

The Argyle Lady Eagles soccer team's magical playoff run ended in the Class 5A Division II Region I Finals. The Lady Eagles became the first AHS team to reach the 5A region finals. Argyle fell 5-3 on penalty kicks to Grapevine after finishing regulation and overtime tied 3-3.

The Argyle Lady Eagles golf team finished third at the district competition this week at Robson Ranch in Denton. Colbie Moses finished third overall and Ana Edwards finished seventh. Both advanced to the Class 5A Region I competition.
