Principal's Message
We hope everyone had a good start to the month of March. Before highlighting the upcoming week and lead into spring break, a few tidbits from the month of February.
After a short month, we feel we have had a strong start to the second semester. Students are settled in and our overall attendance and lates continue to show drastic improvement from the same time last year.
Furthermore, a number of field trips have kicked off the semester. Everything from our overnight grades 7 and 8 trip to Pigeon Lake, to all of our grade 9’s visiting TELUS world of science, our French immersion kids visiting Faculty St. Jean, to all of our daily outdoor education and wellness activities.
A real kudos to our students as we have received a number of calls about their excellent citizenship, respect and responsibility on these visits outside the building.
Whether it is our student programming, athletics, fine arts, band, or leadership, our students representing our school ‘the right way’ makes our school community very proud.
In closing, please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions or concerns.
