Pick-Up Plans for Student Items
starts today Monday, May 11
Dear District 41 Families, (clic para español)
As we prepare for the end of the school year, we understand that some children may wish they had their personal items that they left at school when the buildings closed. We have arranged for personal items to be picked up at each school starting May 11. See below. The items are being packed up by district staff and put in bags labeled with each child’s name.
More information will be coming related to wrapping up the end of the school year. The last day of Remote Learning is Thursday, June 4.

Returning D41 Property
Library Books
If you plan to pick up items, we ask that you please bring back any library books you may have at home that belong to the school library. Please put them in a bag and bring them with you. We will gladly take them and make sure they are returned.
Textbooks
If you have text books at home, they need to be returned to school. Please put them in bags and bring back on your designated day listed above. Hadley is seeking the return of any Social Studies textbooks.
Musical Instruments
Please check with your child’s music teacher/director about procedures for returning instruments.
Athletic Uniforms
Hadley is seeking the return of Girls Basketball, Boys Volleyball, and Wrestling uniforms. If you have any of these uniforms, please bag them and bring them back as listed on your date above.
Technology
- Loaner materials of technology should be returned. Again, please bag and bring them back.
- Do not bring Chromebooks. Chromebooks stay home until further notice.
Yearbooks
Parents will receive a communication directly from your school principal regarding a distribution process and date for yearbooks.
Thank you for your patience as we worked through a process to collect and distribute these items in a safe way for all.
