Early Voting Begins
It is time to vote! You can vote early beginning Oct. 21 in federal, state, and local elections, including the Liberty HIll ISD School Funding Election.
The LHISD School Funding Election consists of two propositions and can be found toward the end of the ballot, after federal and state elections. The LHISD Board of Trustees called the School Funding Election because a lack of new funding from the state — during a period of high inflation, reductions in federal funding, and fast enrollment growth — has left Liberty Hill ISD and school districts across Texas with a shortage of funding. Propositions A and B would provide more funding for Liberty Hill schools.
Early voting is available every day (including this weekend) from Oct. 21 to Nov. 1. You can vote at the LHISD Gym Annex (301 Forrest Street) or any other early-voting location within Williamson County. You can find early-voting times here.

October- RESPECT:
RESPECT
Treating someone or something well
Students have been learning how to practice showing respect with their words and behaviors at school. Teachers and students discuss what respect looks like, sounds like, feels like between:
*teacher to student*, *student to student*, *student to self*, and *student to school*
You can help your student practice respect at home by expecting words and behaviors that reflect how you as an adult want to be treated. Modeling respect is the first step!
