Ms. Clayton has been teaching at Endeavor for 3 years. She teaches Spanish as well as Edgenuity classes. She joined our family when she left her home in Brownwood, TX. She is always ready to lend an ear and get to know her students.

Students really enjoy the time they get on Fridays between 2nd and 3rd periods to relax and unwind after working all week. Students can play board games or cards, pool, foosball, corn hole, or even work on their classes.

The food club met for the first time today. Endeavor students learned how to make French toast and scrambled eggs!

Also, Koda the comfort dog visited Endeavor today!

Every September 19th, Harris County honors our 2023 Region 4 Secondary Teacher of the Year, Rhonda Perez with her very own day of celebration. Commissioner Adrian Garcia signed the proclamation and today we marked the occasion with cupcakes. Our campus is blessed to have such an amazing teacher who deserves this honor.

On Tuesday, all juniors and seniors will be taking the TSIA 2 exam. The test will begin at 8:45 and will go until noon. We will be on an alternative bell schedule. Class periods 1-4 will meet, then be dismissed for lunch. Periods 5-7 will follow. Please be here on time with a charged chromebook.

Students are doing a great job bringing their Chromebooks to school everyday. The biggest challenge is keeping them charged because students are not doing that overnight. We do not have extra chargers or computers to give to students so it is important that they come with the proper tools to be successful in their classes.

For the protection of our students, food deliveries and visitors who are not on a student's emergency contact list are not allowed during lunch. Along with students having an option for a free lunch, there are microwave ovens available in the cafeteria for students to use. Milk and fruit are available to students who bring their own lunch at no charge.
