Dear H. E. Corley Elementary School Families,
I hope this message finds you well and that you have enjoyed a wonderful summer break. As we prepare to embark on a new academic year, I am thrilled to welcome both new and returning families to H. E. Corley Elementary School.
Our dedicated team of educators has been working diligently to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment where every student can thrive. We are committed to fostering a community of respect, inclusion, and academic excellence.
Communication and collaboration between home and school are vital to the success of our students. We encourage you to stay connected with us through our school newsletter, social media channels, school website, and weekly emails and phone blasts. Additionally, our doors are always open for any questions, concerns, or suggestions you may have. Please feel free to reach out to me or any member of our staff at any time.
To kick off the school year, we invite you to join us for our Crocodile Countdown on Tuesday, August 6th from 4:30-6pm. This will be a wonderful opportunity to meet our teachers, tour the school, drop off your school supplies, meet with the School Nurse, and see friends. We will also have Kona Ice on site for purchase.
We are confident that this school year will be filled with growth, learning, and memorable experiences for all our students. Together, we can make HEC a place where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.

Final Forms Registration Update & Proof of Residence
Please make sure you have completed your student’s annual registration through our FinalForms registration system as soon as possible. This year you will also upload all proofs of residence into this system as well. Please click here to find directions on how to complete the registration process. Car Tag Information
If your child will be a car rider during dismissal at any time this school year. We will use the same car tags from last year, so if you still have yours there will be no need to complete this form. Please complete the form below if you are new or if you need a replacement.
If you are a NEW student or NEW car rider - you will recieve 2 tags.
If you are a returning student or need a replacement - you will recieve one replacement per year for free.
Any additional or replacement tags during the school year will be $1.00 each. Car rider tags are not needed for morning drop off. All students will need a car tag if they are a car rider.
Complete this form only once per family. List all of the children/student's on this form. These tags should hang from the rear view mirror in your car when you are picking up during afternoon dismissal.
Student dismissal begins at 2:40pm. Car line closes at 3pm.
Forms completed prior to Friday, August 2nd at 5pm will be available at Crocodile Countdown on Thursday, August 6th. Any requests after Friday, August 2nd will be sent home with the student on the first day of school. Any requests after the first day of school will be sent home with the student 24-48 hours after the request is entered.
