We hope to see you there! Coffee and breakfast treats will be provided.
DOLPHIN AWARD WINNERS - RESPECT

OCTOBER ATTENDANCE AWARD!
Being present at school every day is crucial for your child’s academic success and overall growth. Each day of learning builds on the previous one, and frequent absences can cause students to fall behind, making it harder to catch up.
Congratulations to the classroom winners of October's Attendance Award! These classes had the highest average daily attendance in the month of October:
Mr. Reilly's 1st Grade Class
Ms. Mikulas's 3rd Grade Class
Teacher Chance's Homeroom Class
Each classroom received a special treat and an extra recess!! We will recognize the class with the highest average daily attendance for November at our next assembly!
MEET OUR NEW LIBRARIAN, LARRY BROWN
Hi, I'm Larry Brown, the new children's librarian here at Clifford Elementary School. I'm excited to bring my passion for learning and creativity to our school.
My goal is to make the library a welcoming space where every student can explore, grow, and discover the joy of reading. Whether it's through fun storytimes, engaging programs, or simply helping students find their next favorite book, I'm here to support our amazing school community!
LOST & FOUND
Our lost and found collection is growing rapidly, brimming with jackets, shirts, sweaters, water bottles, and lunch boxes. We kindly request that you take a moment to visit our lost and found carts, conveniently positioned just outside the school office, to retrieve any items that may belong to your child.
To ensure these belongings find their way back to their rightful owners, please be sure to check the lost and found before Monday, November 25. After this date, any unclaimed items will be thoughtfully donated to those in need.
Thank you for your cooperation in reuniting students with their lost possessions.
CLIFFORD ART AT THE REDWOOD CITY LIBRARY
We are thrilled to share that our students' incredible artwork is currently on display at the Redwood City library! This is a wonderful testament to their creativity and the joy they find in expressing themselves through art.
A huge thank you to our amazing parent-led Art in Action program, which makes these opportunities possible. This program not only helps foster our students' love of art but also allows them to explore their creative potential in meaningful ways.
To keep this fantastic program running and growing, we need your help! Art in Action relies on parent volunteers, and we’re looking for more parents to join the fun. No prior art experience is necessary—just a willingness to support our students and have a great time.
If you’re interested in volunteering, please sign up here.
Thank you for your continued support, and we hope you’ll visit the library to admire our students' wonderful work.
WINTER AFTER SCHOOL ENRICHMENT SIGN UPS
NEW AFTER SCHOOL SAFETY PROTOCOL
At Clifford School, we offer a range of after-school programs for students, including PAL, NKC, Little’s Athletics, enrichment classes, team sports, and tutoring. To maintain the same level of safety and security for students and staff after school as during the school day, all gates will be locked after regular dismissal and will remain closed and locked until 6:00 pm.
Students will be released at the gates following their after-school activities, rather than having parents enter the campus. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we implement this procedure to ensure everyone’s safety.
