APS: Natural & Renewable Resources
Weekly Newsletter: February 6th, 2017
Calling all schools!
WE WANT YOU and YOUR SCHOOL!
Our district's Green Star Schools Program with the continued support of our students and staff, have saved over $1.5 million dollars in avoided cost savings over the last two years.
With budget cuts pending for the 2017-2018 school year, we need you to join forces and become a participant with the Green Star Schools Program.
When more schools participate in our program, we compound our cost and resource savings and that helps to keep more money in our district to impact student achievement.
Please email Julie North for more details: jenorth@aps.k12.co.us or visit: http://maintop.aurorak12.org/energy-sustainability/ for more information.
It would be great to have you and your school on board with us to as a Green Star School and help us to double our savings!
Here's is to another week of going green at APS!
