Thank you for attending Back to School Night on Thursday! It was wonderful to see parents and students excited to learn about the engaging instructional program at Clearwater! Please join us this week for the Title I Meeting and Dive into Reading on Friday!

Also, please read the information below on our new dismissal procedure. Thank you for your support!

We are looking forward to another great week!

You should have already received your child's name plate for your dashboard. Please continue to ensure the safety and quick dismissal of our students by doing the following.

• When in the pick up loop, place your student's color name plate on your dash.
• Wait in your car, we will call for your child.
• Be patient; safety and security is our main priority.
• Move up to accommodate more cars when in the pick-up loop.
• DO NOT get out of your car when in the pick-up loop (STAFF WILL CALL FOR YOUR STUDENT).

TIP: There is less traffic if you arrive at 2:25 pm (1:25 pm on Tuesdays)

REMEMBER: Tuesday is Early Release for all students K-6

• Monday, September 4, 2023 No School - Labor Day
