BACK TO SCHOOL UPDATE

What a fabulous start to the school year! Thank you for joining AMS this year. As a reminder, you will receive a weekly newsletter filled with valuable information. Please take a few minutes each week to review and stay up to date with AMS happenings.

Important information:

AMS student supervision begins at 7:50am. At this time, doors will be unlocked and students may enter the cafeteria for breakfast or play outside on the blacktop with supervision.

The bell rings at 8:00am and students report to class for an 8:05am start.

After-school, students will need to be boarded and ready to depart school at 3:32pm. Thank you for making sure your child knows their after-school plans at the start of the day, as there will not be time for calls home after.

Every week the AMS Parent Council is looking for volunteers to support our staff by volunteering from 11:40am - 12:30pm on Mondays - Fridays.

Please monitor your child’s lunch account and explain your expectations for purchasing. New 5th Graders have extra items that can be purchased that were not offered at AES.

2nds Rule: Regarding 2nds and to meet the inflation increase in food, labor and transportation costs the Food Service program will be implementing the following.
